The Ezelle Wedding took place in December at the beautiful Big K Ranch in Elkton, Oregon. A lot of brides prefer to have their "first look" while coming down the isle rather than prior to the ceremony. In this case the wedding was a stormy dark day in December. We agreed to meet up and do a bridal session shortly after the wedding in January during daylight hours and made use of my natural light studio in Grants Pass, Oregon.
As it ended up (you have to love Oregon weather!) it was during another storm. Our indoor portraits were predictably beautiful and for our outdoor the bride decided to have a little FUN!
Special thanks to Petal To The Metal florist for making another gorgeous bouquet. This unusual bouquet of Anemone flowers and Amensia roses was tied with both the brides grandmothers wedding gown and a piece of the brides grandfathers shirt (who the bride had never met). In a sense bringing them all together again for this special day.
