Crook Point Oregon Coast Destination Wedding

This day is was just my favorite kind. Full of sunshine and dogs and happy wedding people! I love being local here in Southern Oregon. I am out on the beach here in the Samuel Boardman region and in the Redwoods at least several times a week in high season.

The wedding was in Spring and all of Crook Point was so green and lovely. Sam and Emily came up from California with friends and family to wed here on the Southern Oregon coastline. Crook Point is beautiful and where the forest meets the sea. Some days it is soft mists and reminds me of the shores of Ireland from my past travels. Some days it is warm sun and golden cliffs of Summer. My favorite parts about their day were the sweet children who were all included, doggies and these FLORALS! Made by the grooms mother who is crazy talented.

Photos always tell the story of a day better than I ever can so here are some favorites from our time together celebrating…

Crook Point Oregon Elopement Wedding

This beautiful day at Crook Point. was a bit of a stormy one as Summer weddings go. It did however have all the moody beauty that we think of on true Pacific Northwest Twilight type days. There is one thing I love about rain and that is when people gather to embrace it together in joy~

This day was filled with joy with those who traveled from all over the United States to say on Crook Point’s beautiful 3,000 private acres on the Oregon coast. It sits right in the Samuel Boardman Corridor. For those of you who have not witnessed the sea stacks and rugged cliff lines of the Southern Oregon Coast, it is truly an experience.

Here is a peek at our time together and I hope my photos take you away on a little journey to our piece of the Earth here…
